of $35.00.
A First Article of your CD or DVD is available for an additional charge of $65.00.
Your proof or first article will be overnighted to the ship to address you enter when you check out.
Please select the Hard copybutton or the First Article and these will be added
to your order.
Note: Next day shipment is not available if you select either hard copy
proof or first article.
